A great big thank you to you and your curiosity that has led you here. Greeting you with such a warm welcome, I am happy to share a little bit about myself. I am a guide, teacher and student of the CHEK Institute studying to become a Holistic Health Practitioner.
With years of experience working in the fitness industry, I was introduced to other aspects of wellness that included much more than physical movement. My own evolution and embodiment of applied mindfulness practices have lifted veils to a way of being I want to share with others.
My current mentors continue to enhance my expansion as they enlighten me with the understanding that our systems are well integrated; that the word health is truly the expression of mind, body and spirit alignment.
I believe that taking inspired action and becoming an active participant in honouring our health and well-being is the key to navigating our own inner compass. We are, after all, our truest guide.

As I continue to embrace my journey understanding that it begins with self, and proceed with the application of implementing and integrating my studies, I look forward to supporting others on their path.
